A man is in a life-threatening condition after being stabbed in north Manchester.
Police believe the man, in his 20s, was attacked on a street in Strangeways at about 23:10 BST on Friday.
He was taken to hospital with serious injuries, and police say his condition is life-threatening.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault, and remains in custody for questioning.
