Early Life and Career

Anders Antonsen was born on April 27, 1997, in Aarhus, Denmark. He began playing badminton at a young age, and quickly showed a talent for the sport. In 2013, he won the European Junior Championships in the under-17 category. The following year, he won the silver medal in the under-19 category.

In 2015, Antonsen made his debut on the senior international circuit. He quickly rose through the ranks, and in 2016, he won his first major title at the Denmark Open. He also represented Denmark at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where he reached the quarterfinals.
